Does Alta Gracia ship internationally?
We currently ship to every country in the Americas (no EU yet!) and we are working on expanding our shipping efforts globally. Any potential additional shipping charges are listed by country at checkout, with any additional taxes and duties being the responsibility of the customer.
How are your orders shipped?
We work with a local fulfillment center in Atlanta, so as soon as you complete your purchase your new stuff will start its journey to your door.
Do you offer free shipping?
We don’t offer free shipping on smaller orders, but our wholesale customers are eligible for free shipping.
When will my order be shipped?
We make every effort to process orders within 5 business days of when they are received. Once the package is shipped it can take 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location and USPS. You will receive a tracking number when the product ships and email updates every step of the way in the shipping process. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns!
Will I receive a tracking number?
Of course! All orders are shipped through UPS and Fedex and include tracking. The tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout, as soon as your order ships. Please note that the Order Number is not your tracking number and will not work in our tracking system.
Will I receive shipping notifications?
Yes! You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is sent out. We also send you updates every step of the way during delivery.
